1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Pelung88 ("Pelung88", "we", "us", "our"), governing your registration, access, and use of the Pelung88 online gaming platform available at https://pelung88.cam ("Platform").

2 Definitions

3 Account Eligibility

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of Pelung88, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Pelung88 Platform.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, including those administered by GamCare or equivalent responsible gambling organisations.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access Pelung88 services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account information should any details change.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Pelung88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently retain any balances therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Pelung88 will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Pelung88 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence, and proof of address issued within the last three (3) months. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account and withdrawal facilities.

4.5 Account Currency

Malaysian players' accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Pelung88 does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR-denominated transactions. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT).

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method (generally RM30 for most e-wallets and bank transfer methods). Pelung88 does not accept deposits from credit facilities used for gambling purposes.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account has undergone full KYC verification;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied;
• Your account is in good standing with no pending disputes or compliance flags;
• Your withdrawal amount does not exceed the applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limit for your account tier;
• The withdrawal method corresponds to a payment method previously used for deposit, where applicable.

5.3 Processing Times

E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes from approval. FPX bank transfers and direct bank withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times. These are estimates and not guaranteed processing times.

5.4 Refused Transactions

Pelung88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, Pelung88 will comply with all applicable legal obligations regarding the retention and reporting of funds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits awarded by Pelung88 are subject to specific terms that shall be published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to minimum wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited if the wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• Pelung88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that obligations in respect of bonuses already claimed will be honoured.
• Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — through multi-accounting, collusion, or any other dishonest method — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games on the Pelung88 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that all outcomes are statistically independent and random. Live dealer games are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective studio providing the game feed.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or wager, Pelung88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. Pelung88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from system failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and UFC — are offered in accordance with specific sportsbook rules published on the Platform. In-play betting odds are subject to change at any time. Accepted bets are binding regardless of subsequent odds movement unless voided in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Pelung88 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per game, per day, or per event. Maximum payout limits will be published in the relevant game or promotion rules. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum may be refused or adjusted prior to settlement.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Pelung88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false personal information, forged documents, or deliberately misrepresenting your identity or age;
• Money laundering — using the Platform to disguise, transfer, or conceal proceeds of any unlawful activity;
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or tournament events;
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, matched betting in bad faith, or any systematic approach designed to convert bonuses without genuine risk;
• Automated wagering tools — using bots, scripts, AI-powered wagering systems, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Chargebacks — initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks in respect of genuine deposits made to the Platform;
• Exploitation of software errors — knowingly exploiting any pricing errors, system glitches, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Pelung88 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphic design, textual content, and any associated intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Pelung88 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the prior written consent of Pelung88 is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement under applicable intellectual property law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pelung88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This limitation includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses arising from technical failures, system errors, or connectivity issues.

Pelung88's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

Pelung88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon. Platform access is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by Pelung88

Pelung88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to provide KYC documentation within a required timeframe;
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward Pelung88 staff or other users;
• Any other conduct that Pelung88 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform or its users.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Pelung88's support team. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons should refer to the Responsible Gambling page for dedicated self-exclusion tools. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of bonuses) will be refunded via the Player's primary deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pelung88 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Players in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia does not recognise offshore gaming licences. Players access Pelung88 at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable Malaysian law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Pelung88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, Pelung88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform or by email to your registered address. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
